How long will it take to print my labels?
Lead times are depend upon orders in our plant and the quantity of your order.New orders requiring artwork are generally shipped within 5-10 business days, but we would let you know when you place the order.
Can I Send My Artwork Through The Internet?
Yes, you can send by mail.
How can I send you my label artwork?
The easiest and fastest way to send label artwork is via email.
What kind of label artwork files do you accept?
We preferred files was created in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw etc.
Can you design my label?
If you need help creating artwork, we offer graphic design services to customize your imprinted items at a rate of $20 per hour. If you have your label design elements (text, graphics, barcode, etc.) our art department can put together a label for you.
Can I get a Press Proof?
A Press Proof will show you exactly how your labels will look. It will be printed in full color on the same label material, and you will see a die-line where the labels will be cut. We recommend Press Proofs for all new orders because you can see exactly how the colors will look when you receive your labels.
What are the lamination options?
Labels generally look better and are more durable with a laminate. A laminate can give your label a gloss or matte finish and it provides a protective layer between the ink on your label and the outside world.
What methods of payment does China Labels accept?
We accept T/T in advance or West Union.
Can I track my label order?
Once your labels are shipped you will receive an email with complete order information.
Can you print gold or silver ink?
Yes, we can.
Will my custom labels come on rolls or on sheets?
Most our labels are produced on rolls (with standard 3″ cores). This provides customers with the choice to use special labeling machines to apply their labels rather than hand-applying them. We can print labels depends on your request.
